Error Refreshing through the On-Site Gateway

Hello and thank you for any support you can provide!

I am having issues refreshing my datasets through an on-site gateway.  The error message, photo included below, lacks details of the error and cause.

I am still able to refresh the pbix file through Power BI desktop without error. The reports that cannot be refreshed have not been modified during the period that the error started occuring.  The data sources are either xslx files or a web based JSON.

Any recommendations?
