Effect after update version May 2024

After updating our Power BI Server and Power BI Designer in May 2024, we encountered an error when attempting to direct query from the SQL Server Database. What could be wrong with this version? How can we fix this error? Currently, we can only import data and cannot use direct query. Thank you for your help.

This is most likely related to the security update noted here in the change log. There are a couple of options in the linked article to fix this Change log for Power BI Report Server - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
