Desktop and Report Server Different Data

Hello,  Ive an interesting problem for 1 report. I manage dozens reports but there is one that has this problem. The data shows correctly on power BI Desktop, i can refresh and see accurate results....

The green reset filters button in the top right corner tells us you have some saved filters on this report.

 

If you click that it should clear the saved filters.

    Unfortunately this issue isnt that simple. That reset some other filters that werent causing this. My theory is some relationship is getting lost when the report is published. Im not positive on this, nor why or how it would happen. Its hard to fix cause the desktop works fine so i dont really even know whats broken.
