Hello,
I tried to export report from Power BI workspace. There are total 91626 rows but I only got 90125 rows in my result. I went back to the workspace and found some weird thing.
I tried to filter the data by subsystem, in the filter I can see there are 28 rows for (blank), but in my dashboard, there are only 3. It happened in some other places too. I double checked all my filters, I didn't have any other filter enabled. I am gussing this is why I see 91626 total rows but in the exporting result I only get 90125. Could anyone tell me why is this happening and how could I fix this? Much appreciated!
Thanks,
Sam

Hi @samxue ,
What is your data model and what is the corresponding data source? Also will setting the field to "show item with no data" show all the corresponding data in the dashboard?
For more details, you can read related document as below:
Show items with no data in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information and let me know immediately. Looking forward to your reply.
Best Regards,
Henry
