After installed On-premises data gateway (and also tried with personal gateway), when I try to log in with my company account, I get the following failure:
"AADSTS51004: The user account <userID> does not exist in the <directoryID> directory. To sign into this application, the account must be added to the directory." What I'm wondering on, that the connection works from my laptop installed personal gateway (with vpn in our company-network) but does not work with VM in the same network. We just checked it with IT support to open the necessary ports - this part seems to be fine.
Our report needs a Data gateway because of the API calls in the query.
