Dashboard data blinks when updating from API REST

Good morning,

I created a report with data pushed from a API REST and displayed it on a dashboard. Since last Friday, January 24th, whenever I view the dashboard on any browser, with different users, PCs, or even on my mobile phone, all the charts and information blink for a few milliseconds.

This blinking corresponds to when the data is received from the API REST.

Any clue why this is happening? Is this related to some kind of update of the Service?
