Hi,
For some reason reports that we are using have started to fail their refresh. I didnt make any changes to our reports, neither did our IT department. To my understandin, this problem started to occur randomly (a report that wasnt refreshed 2 hrs ago might get refreshed after, but then fails to refresh again randomly later on). And I'm having trouble to find a solution to fix the issue. We connect to data source with "Import" option from SQL DWH with an on-premises data gateway on a local computer. Also we have excel files that takes the data from a public network folder and tranfers it to respective reports. There is no problem while refreshing the report from desktop but It gives the error on refreshes coming from app.powerbi.com website.

We fixed this by entering the source credentials again,
Changing the PRIVACY LEVEL FOR THIS DATA SOURCE to private,
And deselecting Report viewers can only access this data source with their own Power BI identities using DirectQuery.
After that update normal
