Couldn't connect to data source on report schedule data source

Hi,

i have on-premises power bi environmnet and what to report schedule, while configuring report schedule data connection getting

following link as reference

error

Could not connect to data source.

i have select oracle as data source and tried both authentication but still getting same.

pls guide what is issue and how to fix it.
