    In the gateway admin app there is a network test option that fetches the current list of Power BI Service IP addresses for your storage region and then tests connectivity against all of them (24 for US West). 

     

    Please post your error message.

    Are you using the Power BI Service or Power BI Report Server? What is the connection mode of your Redshift data source in your report? When and where do you see the timeout error? Can you connect to Redshift successfully in Power BI Desktop? Kindly provide more details about your problem. Thanks.
