Configuration Loss After Entering Report Server Key?

Hi,

I've been using trial version of report server for a long time and I have reports published to url at related server. There is a limited time for expire of the trial version and I found a licence key from system department. But I have a concern about loosing report server configuration and the published reports afte entering the key. Because I need to re-install the setup and enter the key.

Please inform me whether I loose configuration & reports.
