Charticulator visual blank and no data shown on WebService

Hi Henry,

unfortunately, issue is still there. as I wrote, it's not happening for all users. doing more trouble shooting we figured out that when we launch the Dashboard within MS Teams, all works (For users having the issue in Edge), also the POwer BI App, everything works fine. It's a combination of charticulator and some Edge browsers. I had a call with MS Support, tried to collect Traces through Dev;. tools in Edge but they are not able to read the file in MS DOS format. I'll try to generate the proper trace format to them and continuw the research.
