Charticulator visual blank and no data shown on WebService
Hi, Since the upgrade to the last version of CHarticulator we noticed that several users are not able to see the visual (Tile) while it contains data. other users can see all data fine. the click action to drill throug the Charticulator visual is still available and when clicking on the white area (where the visual is supposed to be shown) the action is going fine and the drill page is shown. attached screens showing the scenario: 1- CHarticulator is blank 2- click on white area goes to the dril page we thought that internet speed was an issue but as shown in second screen, part of data in report is not using CHarticulator works fine and the part uses the Charticulator visual is not showing anything
