Post PatronCannot see Field Parameters Option in OnPremises Version: 2.143.8004.0 64-bit (May 2025) ?
Good Afternoon,
I recently had Onpremises version of Power BI Desktop (2.143.8004.0 64-bit, May 2025) installed but I am unable to see a Field Parameters menu option in...In the past, I always made Field Parameters very easily in the Non-Onpremises version.
I looked in File > Options and settings > Options in this new installation, but can't see anything there to enable Field Parameters functionality.

I believe field parameters were not supported until the September 2025 version, with improvements coming inthe December 2025 version.
So your May 2025 version is too old to have that feature. I'd recommend upgrading your on prem report server to May 2026.
Also note that report server versions are only supported for one year, so the May 2025 version is no longer supported, which is another reason to upgrade.
