Cannot expand to the lowest level from Matrix visual

Hi All,

I am not sure if anyone has encounter this but it looks like I cannot expand the my employee dimension to the lowest level from the Matrix visual. It times out and throws an error but when I export data from the visual it shows all the lowest level.

Can someone direct me to the right solution or is this another Microsoft bug?
