Hi,
Recently, some users in my organization reported an error (report does not load data) when accessing the report via browse. The solution was to clear the cache.
Someone with the same problem?
If so, do you know the cause or the ultimate solution so users don't have to clear the cache?
Error reported on 08/06/2021, using google chorme current version.

Are you using Power BI Service or Power BI Report Server? And what's the version of it?

What version of Report Server are you using? I did see some issues like this a few years ago but I have not had any problems like this with any of the recent releases.
