Blank page from client side

Hi community,

I installed power bi report server January 2022 on Windows server 2019 standard edition.

After installation I configured it and I open the link in a browser on the server and I shared one report on it : it's working fine.

On the server I was accessing with the active direcory admin user.

After I go to one client machine (in the same server VLAN) and I access it with the same active direcory admin user, I open the browser and taped the PBI server link it request from me a login and password : I enter the same active direcory admin user and password and click OK the page appear blank nothing on it.

Anyone have idea why??

What browser are you using? Neither IE11 or the old Edge are supported and I believe the old Edge browser just shows a blank page. If you use Chrome, the new Edge or Firefox it should work.
