When I Back up and restore with Power BI Report Server, where are my backups stored?

Also,how long can it be stored?

You backup Report Server the same way you would backup SQL Server Reporting Services see Backup and Restore Operations for Reporting Services - SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) | Micros... you can put the backups wherever you like and keep them for as long as you want.
