Auto Refresh when two different servers

Hi, am trying to understand if there is any limitation in PBIRS to use multiple server/dbs in one Report.

When I use two different servers as Sources, Auto refresh is failing.

There is no issue in Desktop version, its only on the server.

we are using Sept 2019 version.

Please help. Thank you!

Doesn't seem like that should be the case. You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
