I have set to enable the Power BI mobile app to connect to Power BI Report Server via application proxy. All works fine until last update Power BI RS to September 2024. I unable to show any reports in Power BI mobile for Android. Navigation works fine in Android and IOS and all reports still works fine in PowerBI mobile for IOS. On PowerBI mobile for Android all reports shows without data, only titles, like it cannot load data model.
I found related error message in RSPowerBI log file :
ERROR|66|Validate Referer Failed (https://my-url.msappproxy.net/powerbi/mobile/index.html?language=ru-RU&explore=1&isMobileReportsEnab... )
This message appears every time I tried open any report in PowerBI mobile for Android.
Is there a solution or should I wait next PBIRS update?
I'm experiencing the same problem through windows server web application proxy
Anyone got a solution?
From what I can tell, the issue may have been introduced in the May24 update due to removing the AngularJS remnants. They removed AngularJS in the visualizations and instead it now requests the latest from pbivisuals.powerbi.com. When doing the proxy, this request is being blocked due to a CORS issue. I have tried updating the origin in the Report Server configuration with no luck.
Did you get an update or get it fixed? I am having the same error viewing reports through Citrix proxy.
