Calling Custom App endpoint for Eventstream in Fabric from Postman

I've created an Custom App endpoint for my eventstream and can easily call this from Power Automate/Logic App. 

However, I've some issues calling the same Event Hub endpoint from e.g., Postman seems to be harder.

Does anyone have a sample/tutorial/guide on how to push data from Postman to my Eventstream eventhub endpoint?

Great input. Turns out I forgot to add /messages to end of the URL. Works great!

Hi @trondb ,

You can try the following:
1. Generate SAS Token for Authentication. 
Event Hubs require a SAS (Shared Access Signature) token for authentication. You can generate this token using Azure PowerShell or Azure CLI.

2. Configure Postman Request.
In Postman, you'll need to set up your request with the correct HTTP method (typically POST for sending events), the URL of your Event Hub endpoint, and headers. The most crucial header will be Authorization, where you'll paste the SAS token generated in step 1.
3. Set Request Body.
The body of your request should contain the event data you wish to send to the Event Hub. Ensure the body is correctly formatted (usually as JSON) and matches the schema expected by your Eventstream.
