Hi All,
I am using Data activator and I had created a reflex based on the sample data. When I try to trigger the test alert, it fails saying 'Failed to send test alert'.
I am using Microsoft 365 E5 Developer account (onmicrosoft.com account). But I tried it from a different account (again onmicrosoft.com account), and it worked without issues.
I tried to search in the tenant settings, but nothing was related to this.

Hi @michkad,
The test alert started working after a day or so. It was strange that it didn't work at first.
I will close the question for now.
Hi @govindarajan_d
Thanks for using Fabric Community.
Can you please check whether the email address is an internal one? (i.e) the recipient must belong to the organization that owns the Fabric tenant.
For more information refer to the limitations in Data Activator here:

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further queries.
Hi @Anonymous,
Yes. I am sending mail to the account in the same tenant.
Hi @govindarajan_d
Can you please send me the screenshot of the error and also the screenshot like this?
Are you able to send a teams message for the same account?
Hi @Anonymous,
Teams message also does not work.
