I'm trying to connect Power BI to my company's Zendesk instance, but I am unable to finish the connection. The issue is that upon login to zendesk from my company's URL (e.g. https://company.zendesk.com), the page automatically redirects to the page https://support.company.com. Thus, I don't get the ability to tell Zendesk to Allow Power BI to access the data (step 6 on this page https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-content-pack-zendesk/).
If I enter the direct URL for login to Zendesk (https://company.zendesk.com/access/normal) then the connection tool automatically removes the "access/normal" part of the URL and forces me to use the standard URL which has the redirect issue.
Is there a way to manually configure the login URL or to somehow Approve the Power BI connection in another way?

Yet when I try to do this, I don't get the opportunity to add the appropriate credentials.
