I'm trying to connect Power BI to my company's Zendesk instance, but I am unable to finish the connection. The issue is that upon login to zendesk from my company's URL (e.g. https://company.zendesk....

Did you find/get an answer to this?

 

I am consistently getting a message You're viewing this app with sample data.  Connect your Data.

 

Yet when I try to do this, I don't get the opportunity to add the appropriate credentials.

 

Any help would be great!
