Hi, I have downloaded PBI Tiles. Im looking to embed a PBI report into powerpoint. When I go (in Powerpoint) to Insert-Add In and select Power BI Tiles it gives me the following error messagge:

ADD IN ERROR: We can't start this Add In because it isn't set up properly.

Do you happen to know how can I get past through this? I do have PBI pro and Im the owner of the content that Im looking to embed.

I can use Power BI tiles add-in without issues after I get it from this link:https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/office/WA104379699?tab=Overview.

What is your PowerPoint version? As the error message mentions, it is not set up properly. I would recommend you uninstall it and re-install it again.

Hi, thanks for your response. I have a work account Office 365. Powerpoint version is 2016. I still have  the same error when  trying to insert it and get it to work

I am unable to reproduce this issue in PowerPoint 2016, I would recommend you consult DevScope support  about the tile add-in issue.
