refresh problem after publishing and refresh

Hello,

I Have a PBIX file that Refresh fine in the desktop.

When I publish to the web its also work OK.

But when i schedule refresh i dont get any errors but all the numbers go wrong.

i think that the refresh dont load all the rows from the DB.

It seems that you hit the known issue which is described in Power BI support site. Please keep an eye on the update time.

We get update today,

it's dont work

I do upload data from desktop ( in desktop all totals are right) in cloud after refresh all totals are wrong.

Not all recordes uploaded.

How to solve the problem?

Its going to be hard to narrow down your problem with such a vague post.  Work out what is different, from an environment sense, between your Desktop refresh and the scheduled one.  Things to consider are:

• Security applied to the user/pass on the gateway connection versus what you are using on the Desktop
• Timing differences between when the scheduled refresh occurs and when you run it yourself
• Timezone differences, if your import queries are reliant on Local DateTime values.
