"No columns found" : when expanding a column whose source is a SharePoint List column with multiple choices.

Hello,

Let me lay out this in a simple way.

I have a sharepoint list. It contains a column that supports multiple selections.

I need to build a report in Power BI. I am not doing "integration", I need to combine multiple lists, so started a fresh copy.

During data formatting stage, I am not able to expand the multi-select column into multiple rows.

The data shows up as Table data type.

However, I did expand two columns that are of PEOPLE type at sharepoint side. And they were single select columns.

How can I expand a multi-select column from sharepoint, via power bi.

Thanks
