I would want to know if Power BI tools suite allows to collect data of an intanet system?!

And if yes, what that needs it to set up?

We have remote read datas which I would want to update in real time and directly in dashboards.

That would depend on the intranet system and the data type involved, but in theory, yes, Power BI allows you to ingest data from web systems, Odata, JSON, etc. on-premises and keep it updated automatically. You need a gateway and a schedule.

However, if you are talking about what I think you are talking about, a real time dashboard, then I would highly recommend piping your data from your intranet system to an Azure event hub and then over to Azure streaming analytics and then to Power BI, something like that. You can provision everything you need for what I just stated above in 15 minutes in Azure.
