Visualize in Power BI

Hi, Everyone,

How do I import a data set into Power BI to visualize the default cohort rate and revenue from non residential students?

See, data set on the amount of over credit revenue received from the U.S. Department of Education in nonresidential student payments to the Regents of the University of California is available at <https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1dzvOlNeJ8Sf8uvTlwif4UTJln-Xm_e2X?usp=sharing.>
