Usage Data no longer updating

Hi

We have several microsoft Indirect EA customers where we have implemented PowerBI reporting analysing Cloud Usage per subscription etc through usage of API Keys. I have inherited customer facing workspaces that have stopped updating Months.. I have re entered the API Key in the Data source credentials but still they have not updated. I have researched this online and cannot find a solution.
