Support for multiple datasets in a report?

I thought I saw that there was upcoming support for using more than one dataset in a PBI desktop report?

Is this happening in a near term release?

Is there anyway at all to use multiple datasets (not sources, but published datasets) in a single report?

Ideally, I want to be able to publish several certified datasets and allow people to select multiple ones to build their reports.



*I searched through ideas and I could not find anything listed which seems weird actually.
