What Actually I want is, I have two dates starting from for Eg 5th Nov 2022 to 28th Dec 2022, and a value amounting to 25,000, i need to split this amount per month wise like what would be the amount in Nov 2022 and Dec 2022. Need to understand how to do the same in Power BI , thanks in advance

Hi @Anonymous ,

Please present your raw data in tabular form, as well as the data results you expect to get, and the expected results are also in tabular form.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Columns A, B, C are the expected results, and columns D, E are the raw data, right?

Stephen Tao

@Anonymous Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882

Also, please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
