Sum of 3 different table

Hi All,

I things to be solve. This is for our divion activity dashboard. The condition as as follow

1. We have 2 big division

2. Under each division, there are multiple department with department head

3. Under department, there are multiple team

4. When anyone join the activity, the will received 1 star. so they will get a start when joining any division activitiy. This will sum up the team start

5. If thier head of department get a start, each of the team within the particular deparment also will get a star. 

6. If the head of division get a star, all team within the division will get a star.

so it's kind of 3 layer start thet would revied. I have seperate 3 layer as follow

so how to sum up all these 3 table based on the condition given above
