Sharepoint connection error

Hello, I have a problem connecting to SharePoint sources.

I have a dashboard with SharePoint fonts. At home, I can update normally, but at my office, when trying to update the report or trying to create a new connection to SharePoint, the following message appears: Details: "SharePoint: Request failed: The underlying connection was closed: Unexpected error in a shipment."

Does anyone know what can it be? It seems to be the network, because when I change the WiFi connection, it works for my cell phone data.

It may be affected by the network, you can check the net configuration at the Network and Internet at control  pane,and you can refer to the following link.
