SharePoint Online List Data Source Connection error.

I'm trying to connect to a SharePoint Online List and receive the following message:

"DataSource.Error: We couldn't parse OData response result.  Error: A null value was found for the property named 'ParticipantsPickerId', which has the expected type 'Collection(Edm.Int32)[Nullable=False]'. The expected type 'Collection(Edm.Int32)[Nullable=False]' does not allow null values.
Details:
    DataSourceKind=SharePoint"

Any ideas on what is causing the error and how to fix it?

Thanks

Hi @Black783,

Do you connect to SharePoint Online List from Power BI Desktop and get the above error message? If that is the case, as far as I know, Power BI throws the above error when your list has Multiple values in a field such as Multiple choices, it has been identified as a known issue with SharePoint and the team is working to resolve it.

As a temporary workaround for this issue, you can fill these null values or disable allow multiple selection. For more details, please review the following similar thread.

At first blush, I would say that you have a null value in your ParticipantsPickerId column which is apparently not allowed.
