Scheduled refresh has been disabled.
Hi ushah763,
This is a quirky Power BI Service behavior - when multiple datasets share the same Salesforce data source, if credentials become invalid (token expired, Connected App revoked, etc.), the Service disables scheduled refresh across all datasets touching that source, not just the broken one. The fix is usually to re-enter credentials on the failing dataset, then re-enable scheduled refresh.
If you want to avoid this cascading-disable pattern entirely - where each dataset has its own clean configuration on the Salesforce side instead of sharing one Power BI-managed credential - Power BI Connector for Salesforce on AppExchange handles auth at the org level with admin-controlled OAuth policies, so individual dataset credentials don't cascade-fail this way.
