Scheduled refresh for SQL Server in Azure VM does not works!

I have Power BI reports for which data is hosted on SQL Server in Azure VM. Although manula refresh works correctly but fails when scheduled refresh. Below snap shows refresh was at 11 am IST but does not occur at the specified time till 11.15 am. Am I missing something or not propoerly configured for refresh?

I don't remember in what post but is a known issue that the scedule refresh don't start exact on time..sometimes not even close..But it works & don't fail..( I think before GA )

 

Someone from the team can confirm please?
