Scheduled Refresh won't reactivate

Scheduled Refresh Failed because of Sharepoint link connection to a file did not have correct credentials.

I deleted the link and uploaded the data to the server instead.

Manual Refresh Succeeded on the last try but Schedule refresh is not restored.

Please note in the screenshot the Menu says Refresh Succeeded at 18:01 but the Settings Menu says Last refresh failed at 17:58.

This seems incorrect and is preventing me from being able to update the dashboard.

Please advise,

Kevin

Hi @Anonymous

How do you connect to Sharepoint data sources?

Do you connect to "Sharepoint online list" from Power BI Desktop, then publish the report from Power BI Desktop to Power BI Service?

Please let me know whether your data source is online or on-premises and how do you connect to it.

In you previous step, do you have a on-premises gateway installed and connected to your Power BI Service account?

If your data source is on-premise,

Please add the sharepoint sources as a data source under the gateway as this step,

Then use a gateway for that dataset as this step,

check the credential as below and give the credential you use when connecting to sharepoint data source with Power BI Desktop.

Best Regards

Maggie
