Scheduled Refresh - if failed, not receiving mail

Hi Guys,

got some issue like topic is saying, my scheduled refresh is set (it works with delays but it works so its ok) but i'm not receiving an email when refreshing is failed (for example when gate is offline). Spam, Trash and other foldes was clearly searched by me and i can't see any mail from Power BI...

any ideas ?
