R datasource not refreshing in Power bi Service

Hi ,

 

Having issues scheduling a report in Power bi service after publishing from the desktop. The data source is R, under the data source credentials it comes up with the below information. 

 

Your data source can't be refreshed because the credentials are invalid. Please update your credentials and try again.

 

When try to select the Edit credentials,  I am on unable to sign into the data-source of the report or change the authentication method. My login and password are the same in windows and in Hornbill application.

 

Am I missing something? Guidance will be much appreciated

 

Just to add tha the report refresh well in power bi desktop without any issue, the issue only happens when I try to schedule the report in Power bi service and personal gateway has also been installed.
