Proof of Concept for benchmarking site with Power BI

Colleagues, I am researching if Power BI can be used for a benchmarking solution with the following requirements:
1. Benchmarking participants shall be able to upload and edit their data online
2. Scrubbing of the data, extract, transform and load data in data model
3. Generate KPI’s
4. Visualization of the KPI’s in reports
5. Populate MS Word document with visuals
6. participants shall have access to KPI’s & visuals

What is the easiest way to import user data (item 1)
I am sure power BI can handle items 2, 3, 4 and 6.
Not sure about how to handle 5.

Question: Which license structure of Power BI is necessary for item 6?

@RonLieuw There is no direct support for #5, but there are quick and easy tools like snippet.

Licensing as of tomorrow. All the benchmarks can be done using the free license. 

If you need to share content in any form the users need a Pro license.

If you have a large company, the new Premium sku would allow smaller Pro licensed users to share with free users that could only view and interact with the shared content.
