Project For the Web Reporting - Compare data from the same column

Hi, I need help with either adding a custom column in Power Query or adding a Dax measure in Power BI to tell me a date variance between two tasks.

The projects all have many tasks. From all the tasks, I want to be able to compare the variance in start date between two specific tasks.  This means I need to look within the Task Name column for each project and compare the start dates for  "Target Mobilization" and "Current Mobilization." I have made many false starts on this and would appreciate some guidance!!

Thanks,

Kirstin

I don't see a "Current Mobilization"  column.  Please provide sample data (with sensitive information removed) that covers your issue or question completely, in a usable format (not as a screenshot). Leave out anything not related to the issue.
If you are unsure how to do that please refer to https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-provide-sample-data-in-the-Power-BI-...
Please show the expected outcome based on the sample data you provided.
