PowerApps not pulling Employee Phone number from SharePoint List

I have created Employee Directory PowerApps, data connection I am using is SharePoint list. In SharePoint list pulling data for Phone number field from Active Directory. I have added Employee Name, Employee Photo, Employee Department and Employee Phone number label in PowerApps, under gallery control. SharePoint list connection showing information in PowerApps, except Phone number. I am using formula (Thisitem.Name.Phone). Phone number field is people and group field in List.

This formula is working fine for email (Thisitem.Name.email). Note:email field is same as Phone field. But not working for phone number. Please let me know how to pull phone number from SharePoint list and show it is PowerApps?
