Power bi Embedded static dashboards

I could use pbi embedded to show a dashboard in my Android App. 

This dashboard is updadted once per day, and the costumer doesn't interact with it. So the dashboard is static.

The problem with pbi embedded is the cost that is incompatible with our business model (30 X $0,05 per month)

Is there a solution that is free or cheaper for Android ?

In Power BI Embedded, there's no dashboards, not to mention embedding them. If the "dashboard" refers to a report, Power BI Embedded is billed by sessions and there're 100 free sessions per month. There's no such "static", the billing depends on how often your android application access the reports.
