How to convert Monthly target into daily considering location, Version no.?

The information you provided is not enough to make the question clear. Can you provide some sample data and expected result in table format to help explain what you want to get? 

 

If you want to break a monthly target into daily target, a common practice is to divide it by days of a month. If you want to break it considering location, Version no., you can divide the target by number of locations, number of version no. This is totally based on the average.

 

If you want to have weighted averages for different objects, the solution will be different.
