Onedrive shared filed not updating for other users

Hello,

We use OneDrive to store our excel files.

Then I'm using PowerQuery to combine them. i use the Embed link from the OneDrive web.

On my side everything works great, the PQ is reciving new data and updating when file is opened.

However, my teammates dont get updated data when opening the same file.
Only after im opening the file - they then can see the updates.

What am i missing?

Thanks

Oh. I assumed you were using Power Query in the Power BI desktop aplication. Did you pull data from Folder or SharePoint Folder. It's better to pull data from SharePoint folder if you are sharing with others with same access level.

hi, thanks for replying. not sure about what .pbix is. they open the .xlsx which contains power queries. on their desktops, and no errors. just no update of the data.

Hi, your teammates opening the .pbix file on Desktop? If Yes, when they open Power Query, do they see any errors upon refresh?
