Hi,
If we get Office 365 E5 licences it comes with PowerBI Pro licence. Is there a way we can disable PowerBI Pro licence for some users? Note we still would like these users to be able to access dashboards but not publish or share.
Thanks
Mehmet

@mbakkaloglu,
In my Office 265 admin center, I can disable Power BI pro license.

Firstly, it requires Power BI Pro license to access shared dashboard.
Secondly, you can disable Power BI pro license in Office 365 admin center. For more details, please review this article.

Hi,
If we get PowerBI Premium subscription, then users will be able to access shared dashboards without a Pro licence. So that might work.
But from the link you shared, I am not sure if we can unassign Pro licence for a user if they have Office 365 E5. Is there another link you could share that confirms this?
Many thanks
Mehmet

Sorry, the video does not confirm this. It says if you have Office 365 E3 (three), then you can disable PowerBI Pro licence. But if you have Office 365 E5 (five), then there does not seem to be a way to disable PowerBI Pro licence.
