Need to show week, Month and Year in 3 seperate dropdown

I want to create a filter that filters out the year in dropdown 1, then a month in dropdown 2, and finally shows the 4 weeks in dropdown 3 according to the year and month selected in the previous dropdown.

like in the image below

I have been stuck for a while now, if anyone could help it would be great

Thanks to the great efforts by MS engineers to simplify syntax of DAX! Most beginners are SUCCESSFULLY MISLED to think that they could easily master DAX; but it turns out that the intricacy of the most frequently used RANKX() is still way beyond their comprehension!

DAX is simple, but NOT EASY!
