Hello,
I have recently come across a problem with the LinkedIn SalesNavigator integration listed below from the Get Data tab:
I have been using this connector for the better part of a year with no issues. However, today when refreshing it returned the 500: Internal Service error from LinkedIn:
I have deleted the login from the data source settings and re-added it with no result. Have there been any changes on this connector recently that I am unaware of? I saw something here about an additional permission, but received no prompts for it:
Any help would be appreciated. Not sure what could have changed in the past month (Nov-Dec 2024)
Thanks

Mine has refreshed as normal again this morning, without any updates from myself, so it might be worth double checking before creating a new web API connection.
Please check your permission of the SalesNavigator , if you don't have enouth permission, it may casue the problem.
You can refer to the following information, it need an admin or be a Reporting user on the Sales Navigator contract.
you can refer to the following link about the permission.

Any thoughts on my last comment about adding the API key to the Advanced Query?
If you want to use the API key, you can consider to use the web connector, it can input the key, you can refer to the following link about it.

I can confirm that we have the Advanced Plus plan and that I have Account Center Admin Permissions. Even so, I still receive the same error.

Does SalesNav now require two factor authentication?
Thanks
Based on the error message , it displays 401 error, 401 Unauthorized
errors are usually caused by a problem in the request header of your API call, please check thay if your token is expired. you can refer to the following link about more.

No solution unfortunately, but just wanted to add that I'm having the exact same issue.
Any solution? I still am running into issues with the connector. I can load a preview in powerquery, but cannot get LinkedIn to refresh the entire activities table. I just receive the "Waiting for LinkedIn" notice in the load.
Hello,
The native integration for LinkedIn SalesNavigator does not provide any option to add an API key. It allows for date selection and contract type. Is there a way to add the API key to the Custom Editor for PowerQuery?
