Issues with scheduled automatic refresh data
Prior IcM had this same error, it is said lastest version seems to fix this.
please download the lastest version of gateway and Power BI Deskop (if you use Power BI Desktop to connect and publish).
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/gateway/ (suggest you install the on-premise gateway instead of personal mode)
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-latest-update
If error still occur, you could create a support ticket which is free for pro users.
