I can't to define a specific port when I try to use DirectQuery? Is it possible?

Hi Mario_Azevedo ,
It seems to be related to the connection. You could try to connect your database from machine which install powerbi desktop to see whether it could work or not. If this won't work, please check the connection sting and see whether the sql server enable remote connection or whether the sql server is running. By the way, you also could change the port or server , then try to connect to see whether it work or not.

Hi Mario_Azevedo ,
What is datasource you used? You could try to check your format of your connect string by click the "information" button
In addition, what is error information when you connect? If possible , could you please inform me more detailed information? Then I will help you more correctly.
Best Regards,
Zoe Zhi

First of all, thank you Zoe Zhi.
So, the datasource that I am trying to connect is the SQL Server, I tried to use your tip, but the problem persists.
I am using a PT-BR version of Power BI so the message is in brazilian portuguese as you can see below.
In summary my problem is the "error 25".
